6MM CS X 48MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

The E6X48 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 48 mm (1.89 in), a cross section of 6 mm (0.236 in), and an outside diameter of 60 mm (2.36 in). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is known for excellent hot water and steam resistance, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. Expect good resistance to dilute acids and alkalis, brake fluid, and water and steam. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants are present.
