Part number E1.5X5 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5 mm (0.197 in), a cross section of 1.5 mm (0.059 in), and an outside diameter of 8 mm (0.31 in). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for excellent hot water and steam resistance, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. It resists ozone, UV and weathering, dilute acids and alkalis, and water and steam. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C).
