3MM CS X 6MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

E3X6 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6 mm (0.236 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 12 mm (0.47 in). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for good electrical insulating characteristics and very good flexibility at low temperature. The material holds up against ozone, UV and weathering, dilute acids and alkalis, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels are present.
