E2.4X7.3 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.3 mm (0.287 in), a cross section of 2.4 mm (0.094 in), and an outside diameter of 12.1 mm (0.48 in). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for excellent hot water and steam resistance, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. The material holds up against ketones, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and brake fluid. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons.

It sees regular use in potable water applications, brake and phosphate ester systems, and HVAC and refrigeration.
