-914 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

E70914 is an AS568-914 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.047 in (26.59 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.279 in (32.49 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists dilute acids and alkalis, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and water and steam. EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for excellent hot water and steam resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service.
