E5.7X99.2 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 99.2 mm (3.906 in), a cross section of 5.7 mm (0.224 in), and an outside diameter of 110.6 mm (4.35 in). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. The material holds up against water and steam, ketones, and brake fluid. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving aromatic hydrocarbons or petroleum oils and fuels call for a different compound.
