-005 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

Part number E80PC005 is an AS568-005 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.101 in (2.57 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.241 in (6.12 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for good electrical insulating characteristics, excellent hot water and steam resistance. It resists phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, ozone, UV and weathering, and brake fluid. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C).

It sees regular use in outdoor equipment, HVAC and refrigeration, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
