E80PC118 is an AS568-118 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.862 in (21.89 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.068 in (27.13 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

EPDM (EPR) is valued for excellent hot water and steam resistance, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. It resists dilute acids and alkalis, water and steam, and ketones. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).

Common environments for this compound include potable water applications, HVAC and refrigeration, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
