-209 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

E80PC209 is an AS568-209 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.671 in (17.04 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.949 in (24.1 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists brake fluid, dilute acids and alkalis, and water and steam. EPDM (EPR) is known for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, excellent hot water and steam resistance. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Verify compatibility before use with aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants.

It sees regular use in potable water applications, water and steam systems, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
