-269 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

E80PC269 is an AS568-269 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 8.734 in (221.84 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.012 in (228.9 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

This material stands up to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, dilute acids and alkalis, and water and steam. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for excellent hot water and steam resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
