-355 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

The E80PC355 is an AS568-355 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.225 in (132.72 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.645 in (143.38 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is known for good electrical insulating characteristics, excellent hot water and steam resistance. It resists phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, water and steam, and ketones. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants call for a different compound.

Common environments for this compound include potable water applications, solar and roofing assemblies, and HVAC and refrigeration.
