-014 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-014 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 0.489 in (12.42 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.629 in (15.98 mm), catalogued under part number E80PC014. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is known for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. The compound resists phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, dilute acids and alkalis, and ozone, UV and weathering. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels.
