-019 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

Part number E80PC019 is an AS568-019 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to dilute acids and alkalis, water and steam, and brake fluid. EPDM (EPR) is specified for excellent hot water and steam resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants are present.

It sees regular use in potable water applications, outdoor equipment, and solar and roofing assemblies.
