-131 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

Ordered as E80PC131, this is an AS568-131 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.674 in (42.52 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.88 in (47.75 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is known for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. This material stands up to ozone, UV and weathering, water and steam, and brake fluid. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service.

Typical settings include solar and roofing assemblies, water and steam systems, and potable water applications.
