E80PC138 is an AS568-138 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.112 in (53.64 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.318 in (58.88 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, very good flexibility at low temperature. This material stands up to dilute acids and alkalis, ozone, UV and weathering, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. Exposure to petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
