-144 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-144 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 2.487 in (63.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.693 in (68.4 mm), catalogued under part number E80PC144. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for good electrical insulating characteristics, excellent hot water and steam resistance. The compound resists dilute acids and alkalis, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and brake fluid. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. Exposure to mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels will shorten service life.
