E80PC159 is an AS568-159 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.987 in (126.67 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.193 in (131.9 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

EPDM (EPR) offers outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, excellent hot water and steam resistance. This material stands up to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, dilute acids and alkalis, and water and steam. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.

Typical settings include outdoor equipment, HVAC and refrigeration, and water and steam systems.
