E80PC216 is an AS568-216 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.109 in (28.17 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.387 in (35.23 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) offers excellent hot water and steam resistance, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. The material holds up against ketones, water and steam, and brake fluid. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).

It sees regular use in water and steam systems, brake and phosphate ester systems, and potable water applications.
