-244 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

Part number E80PC244 is an AS568-244 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.234 in (107.54 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.512 in (114.6 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) offers outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. The compound resists dilute acids and alkalis, ketones, and water and steam. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons.
