-247 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

The E80PC247 is an AS568-247 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.609 in (117.07 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.887 in (124.13 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is valued for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, excellent hot water and steam resistance. It resists ketones, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and water and steam. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

Typical settings include brake and phosphate ester systems, HVAC and refrigeration, and solar and roofing assemblies.
