The E80PC273 is an AS568-273 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 9.734 in (247.24 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.012 in (254.3 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to dilute acids and alkalis, ozone, UV and weathering, and ketones. EPDM (EPR) is known for excellent hot water and steam resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons call for a different compound.

Typical settings include solar and roofing assemblies, potable water applications, and outdoor equipment.
