-329 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-329 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 1.975 in (50.17 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.395 in (60.83 mm), catalogued under part number E80PC329. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to water and steam, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and dilute acids and alkalis. EPDM (EPR) offers strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, good electrical insulating characteristics. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons.

It sees regular use in outdoor equipment, HVAC and refrigeration, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
