-363 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

APG stocks the E80PC363, an AS568-363 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 6.475 in (164.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.895 in (175.13 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is valued for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. The material holds up against brake fluid, ozone, UV and weathering, and ketones. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.

Common environments for this compound include potable water applications, solar and roofing assemblies, and HVAC and refrigeration.
