E80PC425 is an AS568-425 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.475 in (113.67 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.025 in (127.64 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for very good flexibility at low temperature, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. The compound resists ketones, water and steam, and brake fluid. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
