-443 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-443 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 7.475 in (189.87 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.025 in (203.84 mm), catalogued under part number E80PC443. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for excellent hot water and steam resistance, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. This material stands up to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, ketones, and water and steam. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants.
