The E80PC454 is an AS568-454 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 12.475 in (316.87 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 13.025 in (330.84 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

EPDM (EPR) offers good electrical insulating characteristics, excellent hot water and steam resistance. Expect good resistance to ketones, dilute acids and alkalis, and water and steam. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants.

Typical settings include potable water applications, water and steam systems, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
