Part number E80PC905 is an AS568-905 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.414 in (10.52 mm), a cross section of 0.072 in (1.83 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.558 in (14.17 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for excellent hot water and steam resistance, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. Expect good resistance to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, water and steam, and brake fluid. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons.
