The pressure rating of the flange the gasket is intended for (e.g., 150#, 300#) — defines compatibility with flange systems.
The type of flange sealing surface — determines gasket style and fit.
The substance the product is made from — chosen based on application requirements like durability, temperature, pressure, or chemical/corrosion resistance.
Unit of Measure
The nominal size of the product, typically indicating dimensions (width x length) or the diameter of the hose that a coupling fits.
The depth or gauge of the material, typically in inches or millimeters — influences flexibility, durability, performance, compression, and application suitability.
APG provides gaskets of all shapes, makes, and sizes making us your one-stop shop for Gaskets.
Our flange gaskets are used to join or fit between two sections of pipe; each pipe section typically has a flared area that provides a surface for the gasket to attach to. Types of flange gaskets include ring gaskets and full face gaskets.
A ring gasket is a gasket with an inner diameter (ID) and outer diameter (OD). A full face flange gasket is similar to a ring gasket, with bolt holes (aligned in a bolt circle) in the surface area between the ID and OD. Both ring gaskets and full face gaskets come in metric and standard sizes, and in various thicknesses.
APG specializes in the fabrication of custom flange gaskets, ring gaskets, and full face gaskets. Make sure that you have the proper sheet materials. Request your custom orders now.
