-006 WHITE FKM 60D FDA O-RING

V60FDA006 is an AS568-006 white Viton® (FKM) 60 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.114 in (2.9 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.254 in (6.45 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, engine and transmission fluids, and aggressive chemicals. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) offers very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across chemical processing, aerospace, and oil and gas.
