The V60FDA240 is an AS568-240 white Viton® (FKM) 60 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.734 in (94.84 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.012 in (101.9 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for outstanding high-temperature capability and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters.
