-002 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

Part number V70002 is an AS568-002 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.042 in (1.07 mm), a cross section of 0.05 in (1.27 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.142 in (3.61 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) offers outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material holds up against aromatic hydrocarbons, engine and transmission fluids, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or ketones and esters will shorten service life.
