-344 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

V70344 is an AS568-344 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.85 in (97.79 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.27 in (108.46 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to many acids, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, oil and gas, and automotive fuel systems.
