-008 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

The V70008 is an AS568-008 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.176 in (4.47 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.316 in (8.03 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) delivers outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The material holds up against many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, aerospace, and oil and gas.
