V70009 is an AS568-009 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.208 in (5.28 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.348 in (8.84 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or ketones and esters call for a different compound.
