-010 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

The V70010 is an AS568-010 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.239 in (6.07 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.379 in (9.63 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and many acids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is known for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, aerospace, and high-temperature process equipment.
