-014 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

Ordered as V70014, this is an AS568-014 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.489 in (12.42 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.629 in (15.98 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) delivers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. The compound resists chlorinated solvents, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids.
