Part number V70036 is an AS568-036 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.364 in (60.05 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.504 in (63.6 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The compound resists chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and many acids. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
