The V70037 is an AS568-037 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.489 in (63.22 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.629 in (66.78 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against aggressive chemicals, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) is specified for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

Typical settings include aerospace, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
