V70177 is an AS568-177 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 9.487 in (240.97 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.693 in (246.2 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists many acids, aggressive chemicals, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) delivers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

It sees regular use in oil and gas, chemical processing, and automotive fuel systems.
