Part number V70205 is an AS568-205 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.421 in (10.69 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.699 in (17.75 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or amines are present.
