The V70240 is an AS568-240 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.734 in (94.84 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.012 in (101.9 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments.
