V70324 is an AS568-324 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.35 in (34.29 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.77 in (44.96 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) delivers very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, oil and gas, and high-temperature process equipment.
