V70426 is an AS568-426 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.6 in (116.84 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.15 in (130.81 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is valued for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
