Ordered as V70450, this is an AS568-450 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 10.475 in (266.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.025 in (280.04 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. It resists engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and aggressive chemicals. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
