Part number V70460 is an AS568-460 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 15.475 in (393.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 16.025 in (407.04 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
