APG stocks the V70914, an AS568-914 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.047 in (26.59 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.279 in (32.49 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The compound resists chlorinated solvents, aggressive chemicals, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam will shorten service life.
