-111 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

V75MD111 is an AS568-111 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.424 in (10.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.63 in (16 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Expect good resistance to engine and transmission fluids, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines are present.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across oil and gas, automotive fuel systems, and aerospace.
