Part number V75MD117 is an AS568-117 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.799 in (20.29 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.005 in (25.53 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

It resists many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) offers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include oil and gas, aerospace, and high-temperature process equipment.
