V75MD253 is an AS568-253 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.359 in (136.12 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.637 in (143.18 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The compound resists aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or amines are present.

This item meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing.
