APG stocks the VB75046, an AS568-046 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.239 in (107.67 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.379 in (111.23 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against aggressive chemicals, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) is specified for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

Typical settings include high-temperature process equipment, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
